The health of our guests and employees is our most valuable asset. Our employees are service providers and in their function they are in direct contact with many of our guests every day. In order to grant the safety of our guests and employees as well as possible and to allow all ski courses and offers to take place at the same time, some accompanying actions will be necessary during the winter months. The requirements of the federal government provide this basis. The security actions are continuously updated and readjusted.
Online booking & cancellation conditions
All of our ski school courses and rental items can be booked online. Of course, all precautionary actions are implemented in our registration offices. Nevertheless, we recommend using the online booking to save time on site and to secure the online discount. It is very important to us to be able to offer you the best possible service as a valued participant in the ski school Tritscher. We would therefore like to point out that in the event of travel warnings due to Covid-19, a lockdown, in case of quarantine or an illness caused by coronavirus you do not have to pay the agreed fee. Should one of these cases occur, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. You can choose to receive either a credit or a refund for the payments that have already been made.For more informations please read our terms of conditions.
Desinfect your hands & wear a mouth and nose protection mask
We ask our guests to wear a mouth and nose protection in all indoor areas of the ski school, the rental stations, the sport shops and the cafe. We also remind you to disinfect your hands when entering or leaving the premises.
General Information
Due to the current situation, the course start times and lunch breaks ,may vary (the times will be announced at the check ins). The reason herefore is the unbundling of larger crowds. This will in no way change the course durations.
Meeting point & group allocation
Mouth and nose protection must be worn at the ski school assembly points. As soon as the safety distance is not guaranteed, mouth and nose protection must be worn as well. This also applies to standing groups as well as in the waiting area of ski lifts.
Group sizes
We will keep the group size as small as possible. The maximum group size is limited to ten people.
Ski races & award ceremonies
The final races will continue to take place weekly. The start intervals are optimized in order to largely avoid any congestion in the start and finish area. All Prizes will be given outdoors.
Lunch break
Lunch and lunchtime supervision are staggered due to the necessary distance regulation. The division is based on course times and performance groups.
Shop and rental area
The safety distance marked by floor markings must be kept at all check-in, at all ski boot try-on benches and all cash desks.
Employee safety
Our employees receive correct instructions and rules of conduct. This way we ensure good and safe working conditions and carry out systematic covid tests when there is the slightest suspicion.
